Reasons for refusal of extradition or cancellation of the RVPO: 6 Change of the form of education (transfer to full-time, part-time education) Expulsion from the university Creating threats to the security of the Russian Federation and citizens of the Russian Federation Financing, planning terrorist (extremist) acts, assisting in the commission of such acts or their commission, and other acts of support for terrorist (extremist) activities Over the past 5 years, there has been administrative expulsion from the Russian Federation, deportation or transfer by the Russian Federation to a foreign state under a readmission agreement Over the past 10 years, there have been several (two or more times) administrative expulsions from the Russian Federation, deportation or transfer by the Russian Federation to a foreign state under a readmission agreement Submitting forged documents or knowingly providing false information about yourself The commission of a grave or especially grave crime or the commission of a crime related to the illicit trafficking of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances

What to do when transferring to another a full-time university? ? 9 In this case, you will be expelled from our university in connection with the transfer. Within 30 days from the date of expulsion, you must provide a document (an extract from the order) confirming your full-time enrollment at another university. This document is submitted to the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Migration Service), where you received the RVPO. In this case, the RVPO continues to operate. If the document is not provided within 30 days, the RVPO will be cancelled.
