Ithaa, which means mother-of-pearl ( Жемчужина, Перламутровая раковина ) in Maldives, is an undersea restaurant located 5 metres below sea level.
Ithaa Undersea Restaurant is in the five-star hotel complex Conrad Maldives Rangali Island. It can accommodate no more than 14 people, so to get here, you need to sign up at least a couple of weeks in advance.
Dinners in the evenings are especially beautiful !
Young couples often use this restaurant for romantic dinners or even to propose.
The portions here are very small. However, you can try lots of seafood, desserts. The cellars of the restaurant contain up to 20 thousand (!) bottles of wine and a huge selection of cheeses. The cost of a dinner for 1 person is about 450 dollars (4500 rubles). Without wine…
