Leo’s Trip to the Countryside Leo was a city boy who had never spent much time in nature. One summer, his parents decided to send him to his grandparents’ farm for two weeks. Leo wasn’t sure if he would like it, but he had no choice. At first, he felt bored. There was no internet, and his grandparents woke up very early. He missed playing video games and chatting with his friends. But after a few days, Leo started enjoying farm life. He helped feed the chickens, collected fresh eggs, and even learned how to milk a cow. One afternoon, his grandfather took him fishing at a nearby lake. Leo had never fished before and thought it would be boring. However, after waiting patiently for a long time, he finally caught a fish. It was small, but he was proud of himself. As the days passed, Leo learned more about the countryside. He discovered how different it was from city life. The air was fresher, the nights were quieter, and the stars were much brighter. His grandmother taught him how to bake bread using ingredients from their own farm. He loved the smell of fresh bread in the morning. One day, Leo and his grandfather decided to take a long walk through the fields and forests. His grandfather told him about different plants and animals that lived in the area. Leo was amazed to see a deer for the first time. At the end of his stay, Leo realized that the countryside was not as boring as he had thought. He promised his grandparents he would visit again next year.
