How do you keep your mental well-being? This is a very interesting question. Given then hectic lifestyle of the modern times, it is now difficult to stay mentally stable. Therefore, I try to indulge in activities which give my mind a sense of calmness. Daily exercises help me to keep fit as a fiddle. Doing yoga, resting, eating healthy, meditation, growth mindset.
